Like all other wikis, this one allows you to create some text/HTML files on the machine of this server, and allows any user to add text/HTML to these files. Unlike all other wikis, this one only allows such additions via typed annotations of existing sentences: you must select a sentence, select/invent a rhetorical relation, enter your annotation (that is, the destination of the relation) and submit. The purpose of this approach is to promote a structured organization of the file content and thus avoid this content to look like a concatenation of emails (which is what most files in non-controled wikis look like). This should help information retrieval within these files.
